How long does it take to process an order for a costume?
Our goal is to complete your order within 7 to 10 calendar days, or sooner if possible.

How can I request a quote for a costume for my pet?
We have enabled a "Quote Request" tab on our main page. Simply complete the form to reserve a time for us to get in touch with you.

Do you only work with dogs?
No! We can also customize clothing for cats if that is your preferred option.

How far in advance should I place an order for a costume or tuxedo?
We recommend placing your order at least 15 days prior to the delivery date. It’s important to consider all factors, such as material sourcing, fitting (if you reside in Puerto Rico), and shipping time.
