Shipping Policy
At enJoy Pet Atelier, we understand that transparency is essential in the online shopping experience. Therefore, we have established clear and fair policies for all our customers. Below are our shipping options:

Postal Service Shipping:
- Bandanas: $5
- Costumes: $10

Coordinated Physical Delivery:
- $5 fee for nearby towns to San Juan, at pre-established points.
Order Processing Time
The processing time for your order may take between 7 to 10 calendar days from the receipt of full payment. If you have opted for a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid within ten (10) days from the order date or upon completion.
Costume Fitting
For our valued Puerto Rico residents, we will coordinate a fitting appointment for your pet to try on the piece. If we do not receive a response, we will proceed to complete the piece and move forward with shipping as scheduled. Should adjustments be necessary, the customer will incur an additional cost and must schedule an appointment, as well as cover the shipping fees again for the return of the garment.
Every shipment handled by enJoy Pet Atelier will include a tracking number to ensure our customers' peace of mind.
Return and Exchange Policy
We appreciate your understanding that all sales are final. However, we offer store credit for any purchased items.
As our costumes are custom-made based on specifications provided by the customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. At enJoy Pet Atelier, we are committed to delivering high-quality products while prioritizing the well-being and comfort of your pet.
If, in any case, your costume requires minor corrections due to frayed threads during use, an additional charge will apply. We assure you that each garment is meticulously checked before shipping or coordinated delivery to guarantee the quality of our service.
